So, what's next?
1. You'll hear from your contractor within 48 hours of being matched.
Matching times vary by trade and area — sometimes same-day, sometimes a bit longer. Once you’re matched, your contractor has 48 hours to reach out.
2. Set up a time with your contractor
to get an estimate or have the work completed. Scope, price, and scheduling are between the two of you.
3. Pay your contractor directly
once the work is done. Simplicity’s role ends at the match — the job itself is a direct agreement between you and your contractor.
IMPORTANT: Check your spam folder. When communicating always refer to the “Request #” found on your work order (see email).
